- Contact information: Name, email address, and message content when you submit the contact form or subscribe to updates.
- AI Agent conversations: Prompts, messages, and instructions you submit to the AI coding agent.
- Reviews: Name, rating, and comment text when you submit a review.
1b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- IP address: Used for visitor counting and abuse prevention. IP addresses are stored in aggregate form.
- Session identifiers: Randomly generated session IDs stored in your browser's local storage to maintain AI Agent session continuity.
1c. Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising networks.
- We do not collect payment information (the Services are currently free).
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
This is an important section regarding AI data processing.
- When you use the AI coding agent, your messages are transmitted to third-party AI model providers (currently Anthropic, via Netlify AI Gateway) for processing.
- This transmission is necessary to generate AI responses and is an essential part of the Service.
- Third-party AI providers may process your inputs according to their own data policies. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
- Netlify, our hosting provider, acts as an intermediary through its AI Gateway service. Netlify's privacy practices are described in Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, API keys, financial data, or confidential business information to the AI Agent.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- AI Agent sessions: Conversation history and generated files are stored using Netlify Blobs (cloud storage). Sessions may be retained for up to 30 days and may be deleted without notice.
- Email subscriptions: Stored until you request removal.
- Reviews: Stored indefinitely unless removal is requested.
- Contact submissions: Processed through Netlify Forms and retained according to Netlify's data retention policies.
- Visitor counts: Aggregate counts are stored indefinitely. Individual IP records may be periodically purged.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- AI processing: Conversation data is shared with AI model providers as described in Section 3.
- Hosting provider: Data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify may access data for operational purposes.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
- Safety: We may share information to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Input validation and sanitization to prevent injection attacks.
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse.
- Session isolation to prevent cross-session data access.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

- Local storage: We use browser local storage to save your AI Agent session ID and terms acceptance status. You can clear this data through your browser settings.
- We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
10. International Users
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
